Antimony Tin Oxide (ATO)

Nano ATO powder is the hybrid powder material which uses SnO2 as main element and dopes Sb2O3. Doping Sb2O3 is in order to improve the conductivity of SnO2 film. Features of SnO2 film are high strengthand having excellent chemical stability. ATO film has good properties of preventing electrostatic force and electromagnetic shieldingthus it can be used in electronic equipments and fields of needing electromagnetic shielding as preventing electrostatic force coatingsuch as CRT display device and computer room. ATO film on display screen also has the function of glare protection and sight protection. ThereforeATO film is a function film material having broad applications.
